Do you charge per conversation or per message?
No. Flat monthly pricing. You pay Meta directly for WhatsApp conversation fees (the same rate you'd pay any other app โ there's no markup from us). AI tokens are either at provider cost (ours) or your own key (bring-your-own).
Which AI models can I use?
Gemini (default), GPT-4, Claude, and open models via our pipeline. Swap per business. Bring your own API key to pay providers direct, or use ours at cost.
Does the AI use my actual Shopify data?
